OUR STORY

Since our inception, Empowering You 2 Move Non-For Profit Organization (NFP) has kept a pulse on what our community needs are and how those needs can be met through loving relationships.  It’s these relationships that will help us rebuild the age-old African Proverb that “It Takes a Village to Raise a Child”.

With that knowledge and personal experience Kiesha began building a team of like-minded individuals who were willing to help build a better family structure in her community starting in 2019.

Kiesha started communicating with community and church leaders to start assessing the immediate needs of her community; which has been labeled as one of the low poverty zones of inner St. Louis City.

​

Within the first year of the inception of EY2M working under their Non-for Profit 501c3 has served its community by providing food, clothes, school and household supplies, job training, adopting families for Christmas and a host of other resources.  We believe in GLOBAL Networking so  our sponsors and volunteers come from far and wide with one common goal and that is to see the community stabilized.  Our motto "We are a Family Strengthening Families"!
